This study was conducted to enable the student apply her gained knowledge, skills, and tools in agribusiness management to real life situations and experiences. Specifically, it aimed to: a) gain additional information and experience in agribusiness activities in general and poultry farm management in particular; b) analyze the performance of J.F. Legaspi Poultry Farm; c) identify and analyze the problems faced by J.F. Legaspi Poultry Farm; and d) recommend viable solutions to the identified problems. The study was conducted at J.F. Legaspi Poultry Farm in Parada, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. Relevant data and information were gathered through observation and participation in the farm activities. The study shows that absence of efficient record system in the farm would result to ineffective, inaccurate and unreliable assessment of the farm's yearly production performance and trends. To solve this, the farm should hire a secretary who will do the proper bookkeeping system. The study also shows that minor problem in marketing the farm product can be solved effectively by having additional market outlets and giving discounts to regular customers and bulk buyers.
