Abstract: PEGENIA, ROMUALDO VIDON. Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club Inc. (ERGCC) General Trias, Cavite Field Study. Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Marketing, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite,April 2002. Adviser: Dr. Nelia C. Cresino. A field study was conducted at Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club Inc (ERCC) at Crisanto Delos Reyes Road, General Trias, Cavite from November 13, 2001 to January 29, 2002. The general objective of the study was to gain knowledge and skills through actual participation/involvement in the company's operation, which will be useful in seeking Mire employment Specifically, the study aimed to: describe the activities/operations conducted in the Membership Department of ERGCC, describe the services offered by Membership Department and determine the problems encountered by the firm. The study concentrated on the activities performed at the Membership Department of Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club. Eagle Ridge and Country Club is engaged in offering services in terms of gold residential estate and other services provided in the clubhouse. The major problem of RCBC cards of the members. encountered by the firm is the releasing Working in successful golf industry helped the student gained valuable experience, especially in encoding, fax transmission, photocopying, sorting, answering phone calls and filing different forms. These were routinary activities, which helped him develop self-confidence and professionalism.
