The study "Spiritual Practices and Decision-Making Skills of BS Nursing Level III and IV Students of Cavite State University — Indang Cavite SY 2008-2009", aimed to determine the level of spiritual practices and decision-making and the ways on how spiritual practices affect the decision-making skills of nursing students. This study yearns to find out the existing relationship between the spiritual practices and the student's decision making. The result of the study shows that the majority of the respondents are 20 years old, females, Catholics and with almost 11 to 19 years of spiritual engagement. Prayer is the most practiced spiritual activity and reading inspirational literature and attending self-help group are the least perform by the respondents. Spiritual practices mostly affect decision-making skills of the students through offering peace of mind and providing guidance. On the other hand, the study reveals that the students have a high level of spiritual practices and decision-making skills. Therefore, there is an existing significant relationship between spiritual practices and decision-making skills of nursing students.
