Abstract: FULGENCIO, VERNADETTE C. Vinegar as Acidifier in Drinking water of Broilers. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science. Cavite State University, Indang Cavite, May 2008. Adviser: Prof. Teresita M Labrador. This study entitled "Vinegar as Acidifier in Drinking Water of Broilers" was conducted at the Production Project of the Department of Animal Science, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite from February 9 to March 14, 2008. It aimed to determine which among the three levels of vinegar added to drinking water would enhance the growth performance of broilers and to evaluate the cost and returns on broiler production with vinegar supplementation. Results of the study revealed that the average and final body weight of broilers were not significantly different (P>0.05). In terms of feed consumption and feed conversion efficiency, test statistics showed no significant (P>0.05) differences among the treatment means.
