Specifically this study aimed to determine the: 1.) profile of teacher-respondents -included in the study with regard to a) age; b.) gender; c) civil status ;d) specialisation e) length of service;2) level of work attitude of teachers respondents towards a) duties and possibilities ;b) pupils; c) co-teachers d) principal; 3.)level of job satisfaction of respondents 4.) teachers’ profile in relation to work attitude and job satisfaction; teacher-respondents d 6.) relationship among the levels of work attitude and job satisfaction. The study used the descriptive correlational research design, with questionnaire like attitude of teachers and job satisfaction questionnaire. The respondents involved were 48 teachers of the total population with permanent appointment in Habay distribution, percentage, spearman rank, correlation hool. Mean, frequency , Elementary School mean frequency distribution, percentage, spearman rank, correlation coefficient were statistical measures used to analyze the data. Findings showed that teachers’ profile were age 40 and above, and most of teachers were married and they specialized in general subject. Most of the respondents were in the service from more than 9 years. Teachers respondents had highly favourable work attitude towards duties and responsibilities, pupils, co-teachers and principal. They were generally satisfied with their job. Work attitudes were not significantly related to gender, civil status and specialisation. However, age and length of service were found significantly related to work attitude. Age, gender, civil status, specialisation and length of service were not significantly related to job satisfaction. Moreover, work attitude and job satisfaction were significantly related.
