Abstract: RAMIREZ, ANN CAMILLE B. Supply Analysis of Catering Services of Lina Farm and Food Services Corporation. Undergraduate Case Study. Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Business Economics. College of Economics, Management, and Development Studies, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2015. Adviser: Prof Lina C. Abogadie. The case study was conducted at Lina Farm and Food Services Corporation located at second floor. Cargohaus Building, Barangay Vitalez, Old MIA road, NAIA Complex, Paranaque City. The purpose of this undertaking was to identify and describe the catering process of Lina Farm and Food Services Corporation. Specifically, this aimed to describe the organization management of the farm, identify the different supplies of Lina Farm, identify the different suppliers and describe the catering process of Lina Farm. Using the SWOT analysis, the problems encountered by the firm were identified and feasible solutions were recommended. Data and information about the company's history, organization and management were gathered from the records of the firm. Interviews with Mr. Rene Ruiz (Operations Supervisor) and observations were conducted by the researcher in order to obtain additional primary data. Descriptive method was used to describe the catering process of Lina Farm. Figures, tables, and diagrams were used to present the firm's processes, components, and strategies. The catering process of Lina Farm included the following steps: first, the client makes a reservation then after the confirmation, the final selection in terms of food menu, theme, motif, time, and venue is made. Then the client deposits the initial payment to the Accounting Department. After the catering event, the clients settle the balance. Supplies were delivered by the supplier to Lina Farm and upon receiving. They were placed in the stockroom. The quality checks were done by Mr. Oliver Mahinay, the stockman of the company. The presence of dedicated workers is one of the company's strengths. Close monitoring in the catering process has provided the early detection of problems and conflicts resulting to immediate identification of solutions.
