The development plan of water theme park at Trece Martires City Cavite was conducted from June 2014 to January 20 1 5 at Trece Martires City Cavite. The study addressed the physical improvement of Trece Martires City Improvement of the tourism industry by designing a water theme park was proposed. The study included the administration building and swimming pool. The study was divided into three major parts. The first part is about the development plan of the water park, the second part is the structural reinforced concrete design of the administration building, and the third part is about the structural design of the main pool. The study included the architectural and structural plans and the design of structural members and cost estimate of administration building and the pool. The cost estimate of the administration building was PhP15,814,519.72 while for the main pool was All specification needed were followed in the design process. Detailed analysis of the design was proven safe and economical! after the manual computation of the design Development of the site Will poster global competitiveness In terms of tourism and economic industry by providing well-designed facilities.
