The entrepreneurial project was conducted to enable the students to apply their skills and gained experiences in the actual operation of the food business. Specifically, the project aimed to describe the operation and marketing of the products, namely: grilled : spiral (isaw), VHS (dugo), hotdog, pork, chicken, helmet (w/o), adidas (paa);determine 7 the profitability of the business; and identify the problems encountered in operating the project and suggest solutions to the problems.
The project was operated as a partnership type of business. The partners were responsible for the operation and marketing of the products.
The project was located in Pasong Kawayan I, Gen. Trias and Bancaan, Naic Cavite. The operation was started from November 17, 2014 to February 17, 2015. The total sales was P207,623, total expense was amounted toP135,196 and the total net income of P76,299.02 was generated by the entrepreneurs from the four months of operation. Some problems were encountered such as shortage of raw materials and long customer’s queuing specifically in accepting and handling over the orders of the customers. The entrepreneurs had eventually solved these problems.
