The study, Work Personality Types, Job Satisfaction and Depression of Employees in USHIO Philippines, Inc at Dasmariiias, Cavite was conducted at Dasmariiias City, Cavite. The study aimed to: (1) determine the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, position at work, and length of stay in the company; (2) determine the work personality types the respondents have in terms of Personality A and Personality B; (3) determine the level of job satisfaction of the respondents; (4) determine the level of depression of the respondents; (5) determine the significant relationships among work personality types and job satisfaction, work personality types and depression, and job satisfaction and depression. Descriptive method design was used to determine the description of data and characteristics about a population. Meanwhile, availability sampling technique was utilized in selecting samples/respondents of the study. The researcher utilized the following instruments: Work personality Types Test, a self made test of the researcher to measure the work personality types of the respondents; Job Satisfaction Test, lifted from M.C. Pascual, undergraduate thesis to measure the level of job satisfaction and Depression Scale to measure the level of depression of the respondents. Based on the results, generally, the respondents' age were 23 to 25 years old, the respondents were more of females than males working. Most of the respondents' position were production operators and working in the company for about two to four years. Results revealed that the level of job satisfaction of the respondents was high and the level of depression of the respondents was also high. Results revealed that majority of the respondents have both work personality types which is Type A and B. Relationship between work personality types ( A and B) was found to have significant relationship to the job satisfaction of the respondents. Relationship between work personality types and depression was found to have significant relationship. Lastly, relationship between job satisfaction was found to have no significant relationship to the depression of the respondents.
