They are randomly selected using the stratified random sampling to make sure that the participants are properly selected and without any bias. Descriptive correlational research design was used as the research design of the study. It is a research design that describes and determines the relationship of the independent and dependent variable. Furthermore, descriptive correlational research design is a method where it measures the relationship between two or more variables, given an indication of how one variable may predict another (Hale, 2011), as cited by Alleluia & Rosano,2014. Spearman rank correlation coefficient was used as the statistical treatment in the study. This statistical treatment was employed to determine the relationship between the levels of skills exhibited by the participants, level of their social cooperation to know the level of job readiness of selected graduating college students in the University for the S. After correlating the two variables, the resuit shows that only the sub-variables communicating, managing information and using numbers displays weakness and have low relationship. The possible cause of these weaknesses are introvert personalities, the way they are raised by their families, poor social interactions and any more re sons that cannot help to improve their skills. The researchers recommend to University that it should develop students' skills and create opportunities so they can participate in job shadowing, internship and on-the-job training programs in order to enhance their job-related skills. They may also encourage students to pursue advance degrees to become more competitive. The students must also strives harder to improve -their selves to achieve and feel the sense of self-actualiLation or contentment in life.
