Abstract: MENDOZA, GLADIES P., TOLENTINO, JOANNA F., VIDAMO, CHARINA D., Social Adjustment, Self- Presentation and Academic Performance of Foreign College Student of Cavite State University Main Campus.Descriptive- Correlational Study, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. March 2015. The study sought to determine the social adjustment, self-presentation and academic performance of foreign college students of Cavite State University Main Campus. Specifically this aimed to determine the following: 1) level of social adjustment of foreign college students of Cavite State University- Main Campus; 2) level of self-presentation of foreign college students of Cavite State University- Main Campus; 3) the academic performance of foreign college students of Cavite State University- Main Campus; and 4) if there was a significant relationship between social adjustment and self-presentation; social adjustment and academic performance and self- presentation and academic performance. The study was composed of 61 participants. Mean and standard deviation were the formula that was used to determine the level of social adjustment, level of self. Presentation and academic performance of the participants. Spearman correlation was used to determine the significant relationship between social adjustment to self- presentation; social adjustment to academic performance; and academic performance to self- presentation. Based on the result of the study, it was found out that the level of social adjustment of the foreign college students of Cavite State University was average. It was also found out that the level of self-presentation of the foreign college students in terms of self- promotion, ingratiation and supplication was average and in terms of exemplification and intimidation was high. The academic performance of the foreign college students was also found good. In addition, it was also found out that there was a significant relationship between social adjustment and self presentation in terms of self-promotion, exemplification, intimidation, supplication. While the social adjustment of the foreign college students has no significant relationship to their academic performance. Lastly, it was found out that the academic performance of the foreign college students has no significant relationship to their academic performance.
