This study was conducted from December 2014 to February 2015 at Cavite State University - Main Campus. The purpose of the study was to develop an application with lossless compression algorithm, which compresses the size of the image without affecting its quality. The methodology used was software development methodology which is composed of the following phases: planning, requirement, design and analysis, implementation, testing, evaluation, and deployment phase. There were 100 tests done by random students from Cavite State University. According to the overall evaluation results, the system was judged to be "Excellent". Upon the completion of the study, the proponents concluded that the system is effective in providing the good quality of edited image with a low file size. Based on the results, the study showed that the software was interpreted as excellent in user friendliness, and user interaction of the software.
