Four weanlings with an average initial body weight of 18 kilograms were used in the project. After 101 days, the animals were sold on live weight basis with an average body weight of 80kilograms. The average daily gain weight of the hogs was 560 grams. The hogs consume a total of 800kg feeds which resulted to a feed conversion efficiency of 3.52 kg. Gross sales on live weight hogs amounted to P 42,160.00. The total expenses incurred in completing the entire project amounted to P 39,090.00, thus resulting to total net income of P 6,070.00 and a 16.82% return on investment. The entrepreneur project was profitable and was able to make the student to learn the proper management and knowledge in handling an enterprise.
