Abstract: REYES, RONNIE A. and ROJAS, MAYMAR A. Revenue Management Techniques Applied to Parking Rental Services. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2017. Adviser: Engr. Willie C.Buclatin. The study identified the management techniques that affects the profitability status of the parking rental services. The management techniques consist of peak season, off-demand season, holidays, weekends and weekdays. The subjects in the study were composed of 11 participants coming from different parking rental services in Cavite. Eleven company of parking rental services were surveyed namely: Picnic Grove, Mendez Sports Complex, Malindig, Angel Aurel, Peoples Park in the Sky, Intern Parking Company, Payparking, Sungay West Parking Station, Hills View, Parking Face the Wall, and San Antonio De Padua Parish. Descriptive analysis was used to determine the demographic profile of the participants such as age, gender and years in service, and after the data collection SPSS computer software was used to determine the relationship between current revenue management techniques applied to parking rental services and profitability status of the company. Given five (5) management techniques that contains 22 current revenue management questions and seven (7) questions about profitability status of the parking rental services, the result of correlation analysis showed that there were seven (7) factors that have significant relationship between current revenue management techniques applied to parking rental services and profitability status of the companies. This study has found that there was significant relationship between revenue management techniques and profitability status of the parking rental services in Cavite. The identified revenue management techniques in peak seasons and off-demand season were rated to have more than a moderate impact on profitability of the companies in Cavite. Most of the revenue management techniques in peak season and off-demand season have a moderate positively correlation to the profitability status of the companies.
