Abstract: MALIMBAN, JOHN MIKO C, SANTIAGO, JAN RIZZA, and PUNZALAN, RAVEN RENZ. Profile, Physical fitness, and Job performance of Police Non- Commissioned Officers of District 7 Province of Cavite. This study was conducted from May 2016 to May 2017 in District 7 Province of Cavite. The participants were selected Police Non- Commissioned Officers. The study aimed to determine the socio-demographic profile of the PNCO in terms of age, sex, civil status, religion, educational attainment, salary grade, length of service and position/rank, determine the level of involvement of the PNCO on PNP physical fitness activities in terms of daily physical exercise, physical fitness activities and medical examinations, determine the job performance of the PNCO in terms of output, job knowledge, work management, interpersonal relationship, concern for the organization and personal qualities, determine the PNCO demographic profile significantly related to PNCO level of involvement on physical fitness activities, determine the PNCO demographic profile significantly related to PNCO level of job performance, determine the PNCO level of involvement on PNP physical fitness activities significantly related to PNCO level of job performance, determine the significant difference between PNCO self-assessment on level of job performance and the perception of their colleagues. It used descriptive correlational method of research through survey questionnaire.Based on the findings, it was found that majority of the PNCOs were 26-30 years of age, male, attained bachelor's degree, five (5) years and below in service, receiving a salary grade 10 income, and are Police Officer 1 (POI ).They are physically involved on different fitness activities particularly on daily physical exercises, physical fitness test (PFT) and medical examination. The PNCOs are indeed highly performing on their job in terms of output, knowledge, work management, interpersonal relationship, concern for the organization and personal qualities. There was no significant relationship between PNCOs socio-demographic profile in terms of sex and educational attainment on PNP physical fitness activities. There was a significant relationship between their age, monthly income, length of service, and position/rank on PNP physical fitness activities. There was no significant relationship between PNCOs' socio demographic profile in terms of sex, educational attainment, and length of service on PNCO level of job performance. There was significant relationship between PNCOs' age, monthly income, and position/rank on their level of job performance in terms of personal qualities and interpersonal relationship. There was a significant relationship between the PNCOs' physical fitness activities on the level of job performance. There was no significant difference between the PNCOs self-assessment on their level of job performance and the assessment of their colleagues
