Abstract: BALBON, MARLYN C.MOBILE LEARNING IN ENGLISH FOR GRADE 10 STUDENTS OF GOVERNOR FERRER MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL – MAIN. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2017. Adviser: Mr. Simeon E. Daez. This study was conducted to develop an English Mobile Learning that will eliminate the problems encountered in English Subject. The system provides functionality feature that allows information and tutorials about the English Mobile Learning. The proponent used the Iterative Development Approach methodology as a paradigm in the development of the system. This methodology has the following phases: Analysis and Design, Testing and Evaluation.The system was developed using different software tools such as Windows 10 and Windows 7 as the Operating system, HTML5 and Ionic Cordova as the programming language, APK for developing the application, Adobe Photoshop CS5 for editing the images and icon used for the application and Microsoft Office Word 2010 for the documentation. The system was evaluated by one hundred one respondents based o the given criteria functionality, reliability, usability, and user-friendliness for the students and functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability, and user-friendliness. The evaluators was composed of teachers and students from Governor Ferrer Memorial National High School – Main, General Trias, Cavite and IT experts at Cavite State University, Main Campus. It successfully passed all given criteria in the evaluation and met all the aimed features and functionality as well as trhe requirements and objectives.
