The study was conducted to determine the Perception of Tourism Students of Cavite State University towards Food Safety and Sanitation Practices of selected Food Stalls at the University Mall. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1. to determine the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of Age, Sex, Course and Name of stall often visited; 2. to determine the factors that affects the choice of the students buying products from food stalls; 3. to determine perception of the students toward safety and sanitation practices of food stalls at university mall in terms of food presentations , utensils used , dining area, surrounding and food server; 4. to determine whether the proposed research will be practiced or not. The study was conducted from January 2017 to May 2017 at the University Mall of Cavite State University Main Campus Indang Cavite. The researchers adopted the descriptive research type to determine, obtain, and explain the result. The study was descriptive because it determine the necessary information to give description to the variable such as Perception of CvSu students toward the food safety and sanitation practices in different food stalls at the University Mall. In study the researcher's respondents are selected CvSu students from first year to fifth year who are always buying and eating in the University Mall. The respondents will participate in answering survey questionnaires from the researcher, in order to get the result of the study. To know the perception of CvSu students in the food safety and sanitation practices in different food stalls at the University Mall. Which the main purpose is to assess the students and stall owners the awareness of food safety and sanitation practices in different food stalls at the University Mall. Future Researchers and most especially to give benefits to the different food stalls at the University Mall. Based on the findings of the study researchers formulated that mostly of the students that eats and buys in the University Mall are BSBM students The perception of the CvSu students in food safety and sanitation practices In different food stalls in the University Mall that affects their choice in buying and eating in the University Mall is the Ambiance of the place. Maintenance of the ambiance and cleanliness about the location and food preparation time to time is most needed so that students would be aware of the proper food safety and sanitation practices of food stalls at the University Mall
