A study was conducted among working students in selected universities in Cavite. It was conducted to: 1) determine the demographic profile; 2) determine how working hour's arrangement flexibility among the working students in selected universities in Cavite; 3) determine the perceived influence of flexible working arrangement (FWA) on work-life conflict of the working students; 4) determine the perceived influence of flexible working arrangement (FWA) on pressure of the working students; 5) determine the perceived influence of flexible working arrangement (FWA) on academic performance of the working students; 6) determine the relationship between perceived influence of flexible working arrangement (FWA) on work-life conflict and academic performance; sand 7) determine the relationship between perceived influence of flexible working arrangement (FWA) on pressure and academic performance. -Descriptive statistical tools such as frequency counts, mean, rank percentage, standard deviations were used to answer the problems posed in this research endeavor. Spearman rank correlation was used in determining the relationship of perceived influence of flexible working arrangement on work-life conflict and work pressure on the academic performance of working students. Based on the results, most of the participants were female (59%) and singles (99%) who also belonged to age bracket of 19 to 20 years old. Mostly (36%) were third year level and working in fast food chain as service staff.The flexible working arrangement on work-life conflict and work pressure was found to be somewhat influential to their academic performance. It means that working students have the ability to maintain their flexibility in doing task while maintaining a good performance. Spearman rank determined that there was a significant relationship between the perceived influence of flexible working arrangement on work-life conflict and pressure on the academic performance of working students in selected universities in Cavite.
