The proponents used the Prototype Model as the methodology of developing the study. The computer hardware used in the development of the mobile application has the following software specifications; The machine that was used by the researchers in the developing the system was laptop with 2.6 ghz and 2 GB of random Access Memory (RAM) with system type of 64-bit operating system which runs in Windows 10. The applications used were Microsoft Word 2010 for documentation, Unity as the scripting language, Adobe Photoshop for the design of interface of the mobile application and Flash for the Animation. the proponents used the following software in the development of the mobile application: Adobe Photoshop CC for the design and image enhancement, Android Studio tin the Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Java programming language for building the app, XML for the design and layout, Firebase for the database and server and Microsoft Word 2007 for the documentation. The developed application was evaluated using two different questionnaires which 1N'Cre adapted by ISO 9126: technical and non-technical questionnaires. 50 respondents answered the non-technical questionnaires including the 10 IT experts to measure the rating of the mobile application to its functionality (4.44), reliability (4.23), usability (4.26), efficiency (4.50), maintainability (4.22) and portability (4.50).
