This study was conducted from August 2017 to March 2018 at Cavite State University — Main Campus. of this study was to provide a reliable management information system for Barangay Pulo, Indang, Cavite. Specifically, it aimed to: 1. Provide database for storing all information used in the entire operational process of the barangay; 2. Record all financial transactions, health-related transactions, complaints and the residents' information; and 3. Provide consolidated reports of the entire operational process of the barangay and its subsectors. Iterative Development Methodology was used as the methodology of the application. To implement the application, PHP and MySQL was used. Ten (10) people from Barangay Pulo and 10 IT specialist evaluated the application. The results were collected through an evaluation form based on ISO 9126. According to the overall evaluation results, the system was judged to be excellent in all software quality criteria such as functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability, and user-friendliness. Upon the completion of the study, the researchers concluded that this would be a solution for the common problems encountered by barangay officials and residents.
