Abstract: SORIANO, ERICKSSON M. Perception on Workplace Incivility Perception and Incidence: Effects on Workplace Accomplishments of Selected Manufacturing Workers in Cavite Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Operations Management, Cavite State University Indang, Cavite. January 2018. Adviser: Engr. Gilberto S. David The study was conducted to determine the manufacturing companies employees in perception on workplace incivility and its effect on workplace accomplishments Specifically, it aimed to: a) determine the socio demographic profile of the employees of selected manufacturing companies; b) determine the perception on workplace incivility by selected manufacturing workers in Cavite; c) determine the incidence of workplace incivility experienced by selected manufacturing workers in Cavite; d) determine the degree of effect of workplace incivility on workplace accomplishments of selected manufacturing workers in Cavite; e) identify the anti-incivility practices by the company; °determine the significance relationship between the perception on workplace incivility and socio demographic profile; and g)determine significance relationship between perception of workplace incivility and degree of effect of workplace incivility on workplace accomplishments. The study had a total of 100 participants in selected manufacturing companies from the municipalities of General Trias, Dasmarinas and Rosario. Descriptive tools that were used to analyse the study were frequency count, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Most of the participants belonged in the age range of 18 to 64 (64.0%) and mostly were female (62.0%) and single (72%) and most of them have had six to ten years of service (61.0%). In terms of attained education, most of them were vocational degree (30.0%). CM-Square showed that there is significant relationship between perception on workplace incivility based on socio-demographic profile; and Spearsman's rho correlation showed that there is a significant negative relationship between perception on workplace incivility and effect on workplace accomplishments.
