Abstract: DALAZA, MAEBELYN F. AND DIONEDA MA. LHOU A. Development of 2D Animated Infomercial for Department of Information Technology. Under Graduate Thesis Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Cavite State University Indang, December 2018. Adviser: Mr. Simeon E. Daez. The study was conducted from April 2016 to December 2018 at Cavite State University- Main Campus, Indang, Cavite to develop a 2D Animated Infomercial that will display the rules and regulation inside the Department of Information Technology building. Specifically, it aimed to 1.) display the rules and regulations of the University for the students to be aware of the policies inside the Department of Information Technology; 2.) determined the policies of the University; 3.) be able to understand what is inside the handbook through watching 2D animated Infomercial video; and evaluate their knowledge about the consequences of their wrong activities. The animation is composed of only 1 module which is the information module wherein all of the information will be displayed. The graphical design of the 2D Animated Infomercial will display here. The Prototyping was used for the development of the animation. It is composed of six phases namely: Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Quick Design, Building Prototype, Customer Evaluation, Refining Prototype, Engineer Product. The animation was built, tested and then reworked as required to achieve the sufficient prototype from which the complete product was developed.
