The system entitled "Computerized Tracer Study for the Office of Department of
Information Technology" was a web based program. It was developed to provide an efficiency for gathering data that will help the Department of Information Technology. It also developed to address the lack of information about graduated students from Department of Information Technology. This study was conducted at Cavite State University -Main Campus, Indang, Cavite A.Y. 2017 2018 from August 2017 to May 2018.
Iterative development methodology was used in the development of the application. By preparing and gathering the resources, the resources were able to design modules that were suitable for the solution of the issues and evaluate the application after its utilization and testing. The methodology has seven (7) phases: planning, requirements, design, implementation, deployment, testing and evaluation. The computerised tracer study for the office of department of Information Technology was assessed by evaluators composed of one hundred (100) randomly selected students of Cavite State University-Main Campus and ten (10) faculty members from Department of Information Technology. They tried the application before they were requested to answer the evaluation form. The overall assessment of the computerized tracer study for the office of Department of Information Technology acquired a mean of 4.32 from the evaluators with a standard deviation of 0.56 which indicates that the application is Excellent. This implies that computerized tracer Study for the office of Department of Information Technology have met and surpassed the expectation of the participants.
