Specifically the study aimed to determine: 1). The demographic characteristics of the respondents; 2) .The Impacts of Circuit training in the athletics in the Muscular Endurance performed by CSPEAR varsity athletes; and the 3) Circuit training activities of CSPEAR varsity athletes. Descriptive research design was utilized in this study. The participants are the CSPEAR Varsity athletes enrolled for the second semester, A.Y. 2017-2018 in Cavite State University — Main Campus. A survey questionnaire was used to gather data from the participants by rating and putting checks in the list of circuit training activities based on their training experience. Results were tallied and organized into frequency distribution and analyzed descriptively. Frequency counts, mean, range, the percentage and standard deviation, chi square and ranking were calculated and interpreted to conclude the formulated hypotheses. The average age bracket of college students is between 17 to 21 years old, A little difference was observed in favor of females were the respondents were mostly engaged in Individual/dual sport than team sport. Also, the respondents assessed the list of impact of circuit training circuit as Strongly agree and also 14 out of 15 that satisfies the respondents. Jogging obtained the highest percentage (91.3%) with 42 out of 46 respondents as a circuit training. Results said that there is no significant impact of circuit training in the muscular endurance in terms of ages of the respondent, sex and type of sports because activities for males were also given to females, thus the impact will be the same. Lastly there is no significant difference between team sport and individual/dual sports as the respondents were grouped according to the type of sports they are engaged.
