A study was conducted in Cavite State University Main Campus, to determine the impact of physical education to the student who took up PHED 1 and PHED 3. The study determined the demographic characteristics of PHED 1 and PHED 3 students in terms of age, sex, course, year level and grade grouped according to their demographic characteristic. The participants were 95 students, 41 were PHED I students and 54 are the PHED 3 students in the Cavite State University- Main Campus. They were selected through the use of stratified random sampling techniques. A survey questionnaire was used to gather the data needed in the study.
