Abstract: LUBAY, ERIBERTO JR. M. Hog Fattening Enterprise in CalumpangCerca Annex: An Entrepreneurial Development Project. Bachelor in Agricultural Entrepreneurship major in Animal Production. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite Adviser: Mariedel L. Autriz, PhD. The project was conducted in Calumpang Cerca Annex, Indang, Cavite from January 11, 2018 to April 18, 2018. The project was an opportunity for student entrepreneurs to gain experience through providing actual hands-on experience in swine production; develop additional skills in the production of hogs; and to determine the profitability of small-scale swine production projects. The four fattening hogs were provided with proper care and management during the 97 days of rearing period At the end of the project, the hogs with an average initial weight of 15.55kg, ended up weighing an average weight of 85.53kg with an average daily gain in weight of 728.96g. The average feed consumption was 157.88kg and the feed conversion efficiency was 2.26. A total of P35,779.78 was used in the project operation. The net income computed was P5,739.32, giving a return of investment (ROI) of 16.04 %
