Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite June 2019. Adviser: Mr. Roderick M. Rupido A three month enterprise development (EDP) was conducted at West Plains Subdivision, Brgy. San Agustin, Trece Martires City, Cavite form January 22, 2019 to April 20, 2019. The business aimed to produce products based on customers personal wants and designs of the bags, the profitability of producing and selling ladies bags and customized bags, and identify the problems encountered in the operation of JARMEIL and recommend possible solutions. The business covered all the functional management aspects such as organizational aspects, production, marketing and finance. The operation was performed of the entrepreneurs, during the conduct of the EDP the students applied their knowledge, skills, and techniques in the business operation. The entrepreneurs gained experiences in various aspects of the enterprise development like customers' relation, decision making and implementation and strategies of the business. Data and other relevant information about the business were gathered through the actual operation and observation. The business offered readymade bags and customized bags for both men and women. The customers can choose from readymade bags, or make their own design that fits their style, color and type of fabric.
