The researches believed that the results of this study will be helpful to the community, architects and architecture students, government agencies/offices and for the future researchers. The materials used in the study was books, magazines, news articles, archives, online documents, laptops, cameras, cellphones, scanners, printers, papers and drafting materials. This study utilized the descriptive method of research. The edifices were selected through its historical value, architectural value, function, availability of data, establishing date and its popularity to the people. The study documented the facade, floor plans, elevations, all architectural elements within the building and the design style of each structure. The researchers analyzed the 55 structures established by the Marcos administration. The authors provided building selection criteria to be able to determine the locale of the study and the top ten structures to be profiled. The researchers conducted an online poll to 100 respondents in order to determine most known structures built by the Marcos administration. Marcos era prominent edifices have historical and architectural value, and play important roles in the society. The prevalent building materials and methods of construction during that era significantly affect the design elements and strategies applied to the buildings. The structures established by the Marcos administration vary from Brutalist and vernacular style of architecture as seen through the application of the distinct characteristic of said styles. Most of the Marcos era structures have aged and are still occupied, still in use, and still functions its original purpose. On the other hand, there are structures that are currently abandoned and at the verge of demolition, the Manila Film Center and Folk Arts Theater respectively.
