Abstract: REYES, PRINCESS NADINE A., Backyard Swine Production in Cavite State University- Indang, Cavite: An Entrepreneurial Development Project. Bachelor of Agricultural Entrepreneurship major in Animal Production. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser: Dr. Mariedel Hanes Autriz. This project was conducted at Cavite State University- Indang, Cavite from December 14 2018 to March 23, 2019. The project aimed to experience actual hog production, to gain more knowledge and skills in actual enterprise, and to gain profit after the hog raising project.The project used four piglets with average initial weight of 16.25 kgs that costs P 17,640.00. the hogs were from Lintiw Road, Buna Cerca, Indang, Cavite. The feeds were bought at CAFFMACO, in Silang, Cavite. The hogs were fed three times daily by restricted feeding so that there will be minimal wastage of feeds. The four hogs has an average final weight of 94.25 kgs. The four hogs consumed 17 sacks of feeds in the whole production that costs P22,706.40. The total cost of P44,490.51 for the whole production, and with the net income is P5,629.49, and the return of investment is 12.94%.
