The project was established at Loma, Amadeo, Cavite from February 2017 to May 2017. It aimed to have a profitable business of bell pepper and garlic; to make the most profit possible and feel and experience the actual world of work in farming and marketing of bell pepper and garlic. The project was involving the production of 728 bell pepper (Trinity and All-Season Variety) plants and 4, 134 garlic plants in 448 sq. meter land. The project capital is Php 28, 945.20
The project starts from purchasing bell pepper seeds, garlic cloves and other tools needed. Preparation of the land was done under pre-production activities. From seedling production of bell pepper to clove preparation was under production activities. The hardening to transplanting of bell pepper seedlings, watering twice a day, applying of organic fertilizer (Fermented Plant Juice, Vermicompost Tea and Fermented Fruit Juice) every week and trellising/ staking, weeding, and bagging of bell pepper fruits was under the care and management of seedlings. And harvesting of bell pepper and garlic when reaches it maturity and post-harvest (sorting and grading) of bell pepper and garlic and carefully separating according to size, deformed and damages fruits and garlic cloves before marketing in the Amadeo and Indang Public Market.
