Abstract: The project "Response of Mongo to Complete Fertilizer" was conducted in Kaytambog, Indang, Cavite, from August to November 1985 to encourage farmers to use complete fertilizer and to increase income through proper application of fertilizer in the production of mango. An area of 2,500 square meters was used and fertilized with 50 kilograms of complete fertilizer (14-14-14) as basal application. Planting of mongo was done on August 27, 1985 by broadcasting and covered with a fine soil by harrowing method. The mango plant was harvested on November 7, 1985. Results of the project showed that planting mango with a basal application of complete fertilizer is profitable to farmer by giving a net income of 01,320.00 in one-fourth hectare of land only.
