This study was carried out to determine the employment opportunities and job alignment of business management graduates from year 2010-2015. Specifically it aimed to determine the socio-demographic profile, employment opportunities, and the state of job alignment 'and the problems encountered with regards to searching for job of BSBM graduates. The participants of the study were the graduates of BSBM from year 2010-201.5. Frequency counts, percentage, range and mean were computed to determine the respondent's socio-demographic profile and state of job alignment. Results showed that majority of the graduates were female, single and took marketing management major as the field of specialization. Majority has regular status of employment. The jobs of most graduates are aligned with their respective field of specialization. Strong competition among applicants and limited job opportunities were the common problems of graduates in finding their jobs.
