This study was conducted to determine the organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction of multi-generational workforce in selected private colleges in Cavite. Specifically, it aims to determine (l ) the demographic profile of the faculty in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, and years in service; (2) the generational compositions of the workforce of selected private colleges in Cavite; (3) the values, working style and attitude at work; (4) the level of organizational commitment; (5) the level of motivation; (6) the level of job satisfaction; (7) the significant difference in the values, working style and attitude at work when grouped according to generation; (8) the significant difference in the motivation of faculty members when grouped according to generation; (9) the significant difference in organizational commitment of faculty members when grouped according to generation; ( 10) the significant difference in the job satisfaction of faculty members when grouped according to generation, (l I ) the significant relationship between motivation and organizational commitment; and (12) the significant relationship between Job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Descriptive and con-relational design was used in this research. Primary data were gathered from 87 faculty members of selected private colleges in Cavite through questionnaire and interview. Mean, frequency count and percentage, and standard deviation were utilized as statistical tools to analyze and interpret the collected data while Spearman rank correlation coefficient was used to determine the significant relationship and Chi square was used to determine the significant difference of the data gathered. The results showed that there is significant difference between preference at work and attitudes at works while there is no significant difference in working style of faculty members when grouped according to generation. There is no significant difference in the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment when grouped according to generation, but a significant difference was found in the level of motivation when grouped according to generation. Significant relationship was also found between motivation and organizational commitment and between organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The faculty members were found motivated. They are neither committed nor not committed in the organization. The result also revealed that faculty members are satisfied with their work, compensation, work conditions, self-esteem, intrinsic rewards, and policy and management.

This study was conducted to determine the organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction of multi-generational workforce in selected private colleges in Cavite.
