Spearman rank correlation and chi-square test of independence were used to determine the significant relationship of organizational citizenship behavior and socio- demographic profile of CvSU faculty members, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, procedural and distributive fairness. Data were collected using survey questionnaire from 194 faculty members of CvSU. Results showed that most of the participants were 25-34 years of age and majority of them were male, married, have Master's degree and 1-10 years in service with rank of instructor. The OCB of the participants was found to be very high, the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment were high and the degree of distributive and procedural fairness were most of the time perceived as fair. It was found out that the socio-demographic profile of the CvSU faculty members in terms of age, civil status, employment status, educational attainment, length of service and academic rank had no significant relationship on participants' organizational citizenship behaviors, while sex of the participants had a significant relationship.
