The study aimed to evaluate the extent of awareness, participation, and practices of the respondents from Sitio Tramo and Sitio Gulod, Naic, Cavite on Solid Waste Management Project.
A total of 1 15 respondents, 55 from Sitio Tramo and 60 from Sitio Gulod were selected by simple random sampling with replacement through lottery draw. The study used primary and secondary data. Primary data depended largely on the information provided by the respondents while secondary data were obtained from the Municipal Environmental Office in Naic, Cavite.
Based on the results, the study revealed that most of the residents were aware with the Solid Waste Management Project. Residents were practicing the management of these solid wastes although they were not in constant participation with the said project.
