During company. the A case study was conducted at Bavaria Food Processing Philippine Incorporated in People's Technology Complex, Maduya, Carmona, Cavite from January to February 1993 with the following objectives: 1) to determine the management determine being employed by the firm; 2) to operation production operation; 3) to determine of the firm; 4) practices to determine the problems encountered in management, production, and marketing aspects the marketing volume of 9 production. "Bavaria the conduct of the case study, the author was not able to fully observe the different activities going in the firm. However, she was given a chance to interview some of the staff about the overall operation of the Food T. As a producer and distributor of processed products, company encountered a number of problems such as shortage of raw materials, strike > especially power shortage which are all contributory to the reduction of the at times even and and production stopped. It was found that their products are not popularly known. So, there is a need of establishing a continuous aggressive promotion. Reworks and rejects in production can be minimized maintaining good machine performance.
