This farm practice was conducted to gain experience and skills in the production of peanut and to explore other potentials in working on the farm. The project aimed to determine the utilization of a small area for acquiring better income through the application of complete fertilizer on the growth and yield of peanut. It was conducted from September 8, 1985 to January 17, 1986, at Cabuco, Trees Martires City. A field of 5,000 square meter was used in the project. Planting was done on September 8, 1985. Three seeds were planted in each hill, 30 centimeters apart in the rows and covered with fine soil. Germination of seeds took place four to six days after planting. All the fertilizer was basally applied in the bottom of the furrows. The flowering of the plants was first noticed after 28 days had the plants matured after 90 days. There were no pests and diseases that attacked the plants. Harvesting was done 100 days after planting.
