Abstract: MOJICA, NORBERTO MOJICA, Cavite state University, Indang, Cavite, April, 1998. "Production of Super Sweet Corn Inoculated 'with Vesicular-muscular Mycorrhizal Prof. Celso N. Nuestro, adviser. A farm practice project, entitled "Production of Super Sweet Corn Inoculated With Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (VAMF)" was conducted at the Central Experimental Station (CES) of Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite from October to December 1997. The project aimed to a) provide the student hands on skills on the actual production of super sweet corn inoculated with VAM fungi; and b) develop the student entrepreneurial skills through actual management of an income-generating super sweet corn production project. Super sweet corn (Philippine Super Sweet No. I Azukar) variety was planted in a 1000 sq. m. field. Prior to planting, the seeds were inoculated with MyKo VAM. A total of 3,585 corn ears was harvested from the project. The gross income earned was P9,480 while the total expenses was P5,316.67. The project realized a net income of P4,163.33. Return on Investment (ROI) was 78.3%.
