Abstract: A total of six upgraded goats was used in this study to find out the growth response of goats when fed with pure soilage, pure concentrate and their combination. Goats were divided into three treatments and replicated twice with one goat in each replicate. Treatments I, II and III were given with pure soilage, pure concentrate and combined soilage and concentrate (50 - 50 percent), respectively. Results showed no significant difference on their twenty week average gain in weight. Significant differ-ences were observed on average feed consumption through-out the duration of the study. When it comes to feed con-version efficiency, it was only their ten week feed effi-ciency which was found to be statistically significant.
