Construction of reports and other documents of the organization were also provided by the system.
The proponents used the Prototyping Methodology which included the planning phase, analysis phase, design phase, system prototype and implementation during the conduct of the study.
In developing the software, Windows XP was used as the operating system. MySQL for the database, Visual Basic 6.0 as the programming language and Microsoft
Word for the documentation.
The software was evaluated, and all criteria and objectives were satisfied.
