Abstract: PEÑA, JOHN AIMIEL C. and TORRES, LYNDON B. Real-Time Tracking Queue System for Ceit Enrollment in Cavite State University - Main Campus. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2022. Adviser: Mr. Jake R. Ersando. The students of College of Engineering and Information Technology are facing the problem of having to wait for so long in the Department if Information Technology in order to enroll. Without knowing how long it will take, some students are not actually brave enough to leave the site despite knowing that it will take a long time before they will be called, because they might be called sooner than later. The researchers offer a solution through the use of having the current queuing system to have a mobile extension. The Tracking Queue System is a mobile based that can track and monitor the queues in line. Through monitoring the queues, the users can now be at ease, as they can now see the queue numbers that are going to be processed with the help of mobile phone and internet. Furthermore, the users can also get notified based on their preference, so they can be alerted that their queue number is getting closer. The researchers used the Agile Methodology in developing the system. Then used the ISO 9126 for the system to be evaluated by IT experts and students. The system was evaluated with the following criteria: Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Maintainability, and Probability. Based on the responses of the IT experts and students, the results were both Excellent, which means that the system has passed the evaluation and met the requirements and objective of the study.
