Abstract: AQUINO, ARIANNE ROSE DABALOS and MARIMAT, JERICK BARTOLOME Development of Computerized Record System of Barangay San Esteban Rural Health Center, Dasmarinas City, Cavite. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Cavite State University, Indang Cavite, June 2018. Adviser. Mr. Mark Philip M. Sy. The system entitled development of Computerized Record System of Barangay San Esteban Rural Health Center, Dasmarifias City, Cavite was developed to help the health workers as well as the residents of the place. The system would make the work of the health workers easier and faster. It would reduce the record book stored in the barangay health center. The system would also help the health workers generate reports. This system would be useful in recording, searching, and storing records of the patients. The Prototyping methodology was used in the development of the system. This methodology has 4 phases which are Planning Phase, Analysis Phase, Design Phase, and Implementation Phase. This system was developed under Visual Basic that serve as the compiler for the system, MySQL as database, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Word for the documentation.
