Results revealed no significant differences in the height of the plants among all treatments. However differences existed in the number of leaves, herbage yield and marketable yield among the treatments.. It was found out that plants irrigated at 2 days interval gave the highest yield of gram followed by plants irrigated at 3 days interval, :6 days interval 10 days interval and 4 days interval with 7640, 61=20 and 58,,63 gram yield respectively.
