Abstract: LEGASPI, ANGELIQUE A. Perceived level of satisfaction of selected indigent families and efficiency of CSWDO — Trece Martires City. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2017 Adviser: Prof Emma G. Perey. The study was conducted from January to March 2017 in Trece Martires City to determine the common gaps that directly affecting the social welfare services for the indigents of the City of Trece Martires in terms of medical, burial, and educational assistance. Frequency and percentage were utilized in this study to measure the level of satisfaction and efficiency in the implementation of Trece Martires City social welfare services in their financial-assistance program for the family and community welfare program, women program, child and youth welfare program, emergency assistance program, program for disabled and elderly and daycare services, mean and standard deviation will be used. To assess the problems on the implementation of Trece Martires City social welfare services in terms of financial assistance program, family and community welfare program, women welfare program, child and youth welfare program, emergency assistance program, program for disabled and elder and day care services, frequency and percentage were used. This study "Perceived level of satisfaction and efficiency of financial assistance program on selected indigent families - Trece Martires City" aimed to determine the perceive level of satisfaction and efficiency of the financial assistance for selected families on each barangay.
