Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Human Resource Development Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2019. Adviser: Mr. Gener T. Cueno. This study was conducted from August 2018 to March 2019 in selected garments companies in Cavite. This study aimed to look for the exact influence of motivational incentives on team productivity in garments industry in selected manufacturing companies in Cavite. Specially it aimed to determine the demographic profile of the participants, determine the level of motivation of employees when provided with incentives, determine the level of productivity and determine the influence of motivational incentives on team productivity in selected manufacturing companies in Cavite. A total of 294 participants including 12 management members and 280 production employees were surveyed. Mean, standard deviation, frequency count and percentage were used to determine the demographic profile of the participants, level of motivation of employees when provided with incentives and level of productivity of the team in garment industries in Cavite. Total enumeration was used to select the number of garments companies in Cavite and simple linear regression was also used to determine the relationship between motivation incentives and team productivity. The study showed that members of production team in selected manufacturing companies in Cavite were highly motivated by both monetary and non-monetary incentives they are receiving from the company which means that employees in production team are very productive because of monetary and nonmonetary incentives. Employees were also highly productive as indicated in their team productivity which means that the team are highly concentrated to maintain the quality and quantity of output, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of work in job performance of team. The team were also evaluated as productive because they were reaching the target quota of the company and having a great development on working skill of employee to produce a large amount of output. Another findings of the study was that motivational incentives have an effect on team productivity. Monetary incentive had an influence on team productivity compared to the non-monetary incentives. The employees in production team are less productive when they awarded by non-monetary and maybe because employees in a team preferred to receive monetary incentives
