Lastly is the report management module which is accountable for generation of school reports.
The researchers used incremental development method. This methodology is composed of different phases, which includes the requirement analysis, system design, coding and debugging, testing, and evaluation.
During the coding phase, the following tools were used to develop the system; Visual Studio 2012 as the scripting language, MySQL for the database, Adobe Photoshop
CS6 for the enhancement of the interface of the system.
The system was evaluated based on its functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability of the software. The acceptance level of the user was determined in the evaluation of the system. The requirements and expectation needed by the institution was attained.
