This study aimed to determine the awareness of Cavite State University-Main Campus, Indang Cavite on cybersecurity. It also aimed to identify if the selected employees have enough knowledge on cybersecurity and to assess their awareness on types of cybersecurity. Quantitative research design was used in this study. Quantitative research relies on the collection and analysis data to describe, explain, predict or control variables and phenomena of interest. Descriptive research is usually defined as a type of quantitative research, though qualitative research can also be used for descriptive purposes. The research design should be carefully developed to ensure that the results are valid and reliable. This research approach is an appropriate method to analyze the data that were gathered from the primary sources of participants from Cavite State University (CvSU)-Main Campus, Indang, Cavite, which concerned their cybersecurity awareness. The participants of the study were 100 selected employees of CvSU Main Campus. The result of the study shows that the participants are aware of cybersecurity and other types of cybersecurity activities. The study also found out that most of the participants are aged 23-30 years old. This research proved that most of the employees are aware about cybersecurity and have knowledge about cybersecurity.
