Adviser: Miss Lina C. Abogadie A case study was conducted from November 27, 1989 to February 16, 1990 at the Banner Development Corporation located at Sabang, Lipa City. The purpose was to let the student apply the knowledge and skills gained in agribusiness to actual operations. Specifically, the study aimed to present and analyze the performance of the company, identify critical problems, and formulate viable solutions that may lead to the successful attainment of the objectives of the firm. The study focused on management and organization, production, marketing and financing aspects of the company. Primary data were gathered through direct Observation of the firm's activities and involvement in some decision-making processes as well as from several interviews with the key personnel of the com- pany. Secondary data were obtained from the recora books of the company. After a thorough evaluation of the firm, it was found out that the organizational Structure of the company creates problems among the staff. with regards to the production aspect, the ideal Capacity of the existing feedmilling machines was not achieved due to problems on raw material procurement. Intensive product promotion was not practiced by the company. It is recommended that the organizational structure be revised to provide a more flexible, defined and balanced distribution of the task among the staff. Aggressive promotional campaign is necessary if the company wants to have a larger market share.
