The case study was conducted in DJ Food cart Zone and Business Development Services located at 11 Block 13 Lot Baloy St. Mt. Height Caloocan City from November 18, 2015 to January 19, 2016. It aimed to describe the distribution channels of DJ Food cart Zone and Business Development Services; describe the distribution Strategies of the company; analyze the distribution Strategies of the distribution of the firm’s products; and recommend feasible solutions to the problems identified, The data and information were collected through persona} interviews with the operations manager, franchise consults, deliverymen and Production workers who were involved in the operations of the firm, and from the records of DJ Food cart Zone & Business Development Services. DJ Food cart Zone & Business Development services targets a wide market nationwide. The company practices a distribution procedure for two types of customers: the distribution process for new clients and for existing franchisees, For the first type of clients, the procedure starts from inquiring for franchise to selecting and availing of food cart packages, then the payment for food cart packages, then signing of contract followed by the fabrication of food carts and production of food products and lastly, the delivery Process. For the second type of customers, the procedure starts in inquiring and availing by the fabrication of food carts and production of food products and lastly, the delivery process. For the second type of customers, the procedure starts in inquiring and availing of food products then the payment of food products followed by the production of food products and the delivery of food products. DJ Food cart Zone & Development Services encountered some problems such as delays in delivery of products in far provinces, monitoring the quality of the products in far regions, decrease of purchase orders due to calamities, and limited equipment in the food cart fabrication.
