A three-month field study was conducted at Keansburg Marketing Corporation, Cabuyao Sales Office located in Sala, Cabuyao, Laguna to provide opportunity for the author to acquire additional knowledge and experience that can help in the future employment. This field study report presents some information on the company’s operation, organization and management, production, marketing and financial aspect of the company; be able to know the problems commonly encountered by the Firm and recommend some possible solutions to identified problems. Gathering of data was done through observations, personal research and interviews with the persons who are knowledgeable with specific matters. The company is engaged in the production and sales of some beverages products being one of the biggest companies in the world they are globally organised, saving almost every major market worldwide. The company produces high quality products and meets specific nutritional requirements relevant to the needs of the consumers. The problem can be solved by sourcing out local markets what they will need in the activities to be done. During the conduct of the field study, different activities in the firm were done like record keeping, answering phone calls, arranging and encoding paper works, filling, auditing, checking and evaluating business transactions and operation of computers.
